University of California, Irvine, Historical Records Project oral histories 2004 - 2006.

This collection comprises oral history interviews conducted by professor emeritus Spencer Olin with seven key administrators and faculty from the University of California, Irvine as part of the UCI Libraries' Historical Records Project in preparation for UCI's fortieth anniversary in 2005. Included are sound recordings, draft transcripts with corrections, final transcripts, correspondence, and other administrative materials.

Jack. W. Peltason was the second chancellor of the University of California, Irvine, serving from 1984 to 1992.
